On Saturday 24th October Jamie’s America was launched at the Jozi Food Market in the Parktown Quarter. There were 50 signed copies up for grabs, as well as 5 book hampers to win and loads of delicious American fare. Visitors sampled ’Mississippi’ chocolate brownies, ‘New York style’ pastrami on rye and ’Louisiana’ oysters and also took their copy of Jamie Oliver’s newest book home with them.
