Well known chef, author and host of the BBC’s What to Eat Now cooking programme, Valentine Warner will be visiting South Africa. Valentine will be participating in the Good Food & Wine Show which will be held in Johannesburg at the Coca Cola Dome from the 29th October – 1st November 2009.
Valentine is known to not only be passionate food but also quite adventurous in his culinary undertakings. His show What to Eat Now is based on seasonal dishes, the first season having been Autumn dishes and the following one being Summer. Valentine has 2 published books, the first one is called What to Eat Now and the second one is called What to Eat: More Please. He also writes a monthly column for the BBC Magazine Olive and has written for, amongst others, The Times, The Independent and Waitrose Food Illustrated.  What to Eat Now will be screened on Dstv’s BBC Lifestyle channel this December for SA fans to be able to enjoy!
