I�could�not�wait�to�get�my�hands�on�the�3rd�addition� of�Spud�-Learning�to�fly.�As�expected�my�excitement�and� expectation�was�right�on�par�with�what�lay�ahead�as�I� began�reading�it.�The�first�edition�of�Spud�really�gripped� my�attention�and�I�loved�it.�I�myself�went�to�boarding� school�and�so�I�related�with�alot�of�he's�experiences.� Spud�-�the�maddness�continues�was�also�a�good�read�but� didn't�quite�grab�me�as�the�first�one�did.�Now�after�reading Spud�-�Learning�to�fly�i'm�right�back�at�the�begining�where�I'm �totally�besotted.�The�book�is�as�comical�as�ever�and�I�literally� laughed�out�loud�right�through.�Besides�Spud�himself,�I�have� to�say�my�favourite�character�is�Vern,�strange,�but�very� comical�Vern�with�he's�rather�bizarre�antics.�If�I�have� understood�correctly�this�is�the�penultimate�book�of�the� series�and�so�I�now�find�myself�feeling�like�a�kid�before� Christmas�or�my�birthday�waiting�for�the�last� edition and�hope�that�it's�a�wopper�of�a�finale.
